The first Brut champagne created by a Champagne House made only from reserve wines. Heritage is a complex blend of several vintages from the best Crus of Champagne and two grape varieties, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The reserve wines are selected for their freshness, elegance and complexity, offering a wine of great purity and perfect maturity.

We celebrate our heritage with the Garuzis Brut, named after a magical place in Namibia and made using the traditional method and aged for 30 months on the lees before degorgement. Notes of fresh granny smith apple, lime, and white peaches are beautifully complimented by hints of brioche, honey, and almonds and a zesty freshness

Grapes with a perfect balance between sugar and freshness. Working time from vine to cellar and pressing time are extremely short to preserve aromatic freshness. Use of reserve wines prepared since 2020. Aged for 6 months, part of which is spent on lees. The result is an elegant cuvée with fine bubbles.

Pedestal, names after the elevation of the vineyard which overlooks the cooler part of the Margaret River. Fermented separtely and 60% of the juice has spent 3 months in 2 year old French oak before final blending. Aromas of Lavendar and cut grass married together with the freshness and tropical friuts with a long clean finsh and soft mouth feel.

A striking bouquet of nettle, blackcurrant and an oak-infused spiciness. Fermented in new French oak, adding layers of complexity and flavour, great length and finish.
