Laissez-Faire means let it be and reflects the hands off approach. Only made in the best years, made from the Pinot Noir Clone 667 from our Channybearup Vineyard and aged in large format oak foudres. Aromas of beetroot and earth with black cherry, red flowers and oak delivered spices. The tannins are fine and soft with a fine acidity.
