Monday to Friday 8.30am – 6.00pm / Sunday 11am - 6pm
Our offices are open on Public Holidays between 8.30am – 5.00pm except Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day. Any changes to these hours will be advertised on our website.

Customer Care will deal with all service queries. We have a dedicated Team of Customer Care Executives who are on hand to help resolve any queries our customers may have regarding their accounts. The primary role of this team is to resolve these issues quickly and efficiently, allowing you to get on with the job of running your business. Helping you to get the most out of Bibendum
Each Sales Operations Executive has a direct dial and email address.
They can provide you with tasting and training notes to help you sell the wines on your list and create personalised order forms to make ordering as easy as possible.
Your Sales Operations Executive is also the person to go to if you want to check prices or stock availability, or to find out about new products.
Sales Operations can also help if your would like to become a Bibendum customer.
