Charities & Partnerships

This year, we're partnering with The Drinks Trust, Big Issue and Springboard as part of our ongoing commitment to support the UK charity sector.

Our charities & partnerships

The Drinks Trust

The Drink Trust’s mission is to provide help and support to current and former employees of the drinks industry and their families. Currently, they are the only charity supporting people in any area of the UK drinks industry providing practical, emotional and financial help.

With our CEO Michael Saunders as the new Chairman for the next two years, we've decided to help launch the Chairman's challenge.

It's simple really: spare the cost of one drink a month and make a small regular donation instead.

Big Issue

We’ve taken on a three-year partnership with the Big Issue Group as part of our ongoing commitment to support the communities we serve across the UK and Ireland, aiming to change lives through enterprise. Our established Environmental, Social and Governance Agenda is closely aligned with the Big Issue Group’s core mission of changing lives through enterprise.

Springboard

The Springboard Charity helps young people achieve their potential and nurtures unemployed people of any age into work. It helps alleviate poverty by supporting disadvantaged and underprivileged people into sustainable employment within hospitality, leisure and tourism.

The Sustainable Restaurant Association

The SRA is a non-profit community working together to create a sustainable service industry. Through their framework for recommended industry standards, they promote best practice, offer consultancy and advice to businesses looking to make better choices for the planet, and create meaningful connections between suppliers and venues with similar concerns around sustainability.

Wine Drinkers UK

Wine Drinkers UK is a collection of wine lovers, makers and sellers, responsible for spearheading the 'Cut Back Wine Tax' campaign. Launched to combat the increasing levels of duty on wine, their aim is to see fairer treatment for wine drinkers in the UK in terms of tax.

Bibendum's Social Cru

Our resident Social Cru coordinate all our fundraising and charity activity, but everyone does their bit to chip in and help – whether it’s a bake-sale or marathon.

Upcoming activities have been postponed due to Covid-19.
