Made in a clay concrete ovoid tank -a giant "egg" as the name suggests. The idea to shape the concrete as en egg was designed by Michel Chapoutier mirroring the old Roman amphorae. This Nebbiolo Cabernet shows delightfully fine tannins, bright acidity, bay leaf and blackcurrant at the fore. Clean and multi layered.
