Gergely Barsi Szabo

Originally a sommelier – and a journalist in a previous life – Gergely joined Bibendum after years spent at Gordon Ramsay group and a year detour at Sager and Wilde. He is now part of the Bibendum Fine Wine Sales team and a Business Development Executive. As a side project G makes wine in his native Hungary, a dry Furmint from Tokaj to be precise.
