The premium sparkling wine from Cloudy Bay Vineyards. Produced from 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir, grown in the Wairau Valley of Marlborough. A blend of three vintages matured in bottle for over two years before release. Elegant and creamy, with crisp green apple, zesty lemon and those delicious brioche and biscuit flavours commonly associated with top-quality Champagnes.
