Larry believes in healthy & sustainable vineyard practices, winemaking transparency with as little as possible between the vine and the finished wine. Laissez-Faire means 'let it be' . Fruit was hand-picked, whole bunch pressed and left to ferment naturally at low temperature for 6 weeks. White peach andred apples knited together with tight acidity

Laissez-Faire means let it be and reflects the hands off approach. Our take on a traditional Alsatian blend; Pinot Blanc, Gewürztraminer, Riesling, Pinot Grigio and Sauvignon Gris. As the name suggests, harvested at the same time and blended in the field. Several parcels were fermented on skins for five days and matured in 3-year-old oak.

Named for Larry’s favourite Chardonnay clone which produces big berries and little berries – hens and chickens! Hand picked, whole bunch pressed, fermented with natural yeasts and aged in new and two year old French oak prior to bottling. A pale, beautifully balanced chardonnay with hints of vanilla on the nose and a winning cool climate acidity.

The objective was to express once again the strength of the limestone terroir specific to Climens and the aromatic richness of the Semillon grape variety. The use of Wineglobes, glass containers, combined with a precise selection of juices during pressing, give this wine a silky, rich texture, full of elegance

The vines are all propped up by posts for greater sunlight exposure and grass is grown between the vine rows. The strong personality of these wines is always attenuated by the smoothness of the Chardonnay varietal. Their build exudes both elegance and body.

Mineral tones shape the nose, which beyond a few years extends into nutty and buttery aromas. The initial taste has character and is buoyed by vanilla fragrances. Ideal accompaniment to fish, white meats and cheese.
