Deep ink-red in color, it displays aromas of dried fruit, exotic spices, white pepper and dark chocolate, sandalwood and figs. The mouth feel is big and intense, yet round, rich, warm and extremely well-balanced. The finish is very long, persistent and full, with a hint of sweetness from the oak aging. It shows best when enjoyed on its own.

Pedestal, names after the elevation of the vineyard which overlooks the cooler part of the Margaret River. Hand picked fruit, whole bunch pressed, fermented with natural yeasts and aged in new and old year old French oak. Lemon, peaches and tropical fruits give way to pure clean flavours. An exceptionally elegant wine.

Fermented separtely and 60% of the juice has spent 3 months in 2 year old French oak before final blending. Aromas of Lavendar and cut grass married together with the freshness and tropical friuts with a long clean finsh and soft mouth feel.

The Cherubino range are the best expression from small parcels. They are our Signature. The fruit was hand-picked, whole-bunch pressed directly into 60% new French oak, 40% 1 year old French oak. Juice naturally fermented with only 10% allowed to go through full malo. Hint of roasted nuts, peach & citrus blossom and a fine, long finish
