Bibendum celebrates WSET Wine Education Week

To mark the Wine and Spirit Education Trust’s (WSET) 50th anniversary this year, this September from Monday 9th to Sunday 15th they will be celebrating all things wine education in a jam-packed week of activities.

As a corporate patron of WSET, Bibendum PLB has been an Approved Programme Provider of WSET courses since 2006, so it should come as no surprise that we’re getting in on the action and offering a bespoke event to add to the festivities.

This year we want to support all students studying towards wine exams to sharpen their tasting skills, and will be holding a Blind Tasting Open Day. We’ve been there and know that the blind tasting element of wine exams can be intimidating (and expensive!) – that’s why we want to give you the opportunity to practice in a relaxed environment, with our training team who are both Diploma qualified wine experts and certified WSET Wine Educators.

How will it work?

Open to everyone, and hosted as a drop-in session, we’ll be laying out 5 themed flights of 3 wines, including still wines of the world, and sparkling wines. Come along whenever suits you and put your tasting skills to the test.

When is it?

Monday 9th September, 11am – 4pm
