The nose has cinnamon, wood spice and orange oil which opens into dried fruits with sweet lemon, banana and caramel. A soft and warming opening taste with a dry oak flavour, candied raisin and fresh fig moving to sweet fresh orange and delicate citrus and finishes with a sweet citrus twist.
