Doorly's Rum has beeen made on Barbados (the home of rum) since1908 and was remarkably the first rum brand to be exported from the island. To produce the main character of Doorly's X.O. some of their oldest rums are carfully selected for a second maturation in oak casks already seasoned in the ageing of oloroso sherry.
