Made on our farm in Somerset from cider vinegar, pure Somerset honey and pressed raspberries. Somerset SHRUBS can be used in place of a spirit in cocktails, as an elixir or added to dressings. The vinegar gives a sharpness reminiscent of a spirit whilst the raspberries and honey give a beautiful full bodied fruitiness.
