Tasting Notes

Great wines are the basis for our vermouth. Belsazar Red is made from regional Spatbugunder wine, adding depth and flavour. Our Macerates add warm tones of vanilla, candied orange, mace and cinnamon. The comforting sweetness is perfected by a hint of dark caramel, traces of matured cherries and spices creating the typical slightly tart finish.
