A top value Champagne made by one of the regions' biggest houses, Boizel, this Champagne still carries the name of widow Delaroy who established the original property in the 19th century, after the death of her artist husband in the Franco-Prussian war. The wines are made in a fresh, apertif style with extended lees ageing to add richness and complexity.
