Tutiac is an innovative, 100% grower led cooperative, and the proud winner of the French Cooperative of the Year 2025, by La Revue du Vin de France.
As a forward-thinking, dynamic winery, their sustainability credentials speak for themselves: 100% of their vineyards are certified Agri Confiance, a prestigious French environmental certification; they are the only French Cooperative using 100% non-CMR chemicals; 800ha of their vineyards are undergoing organic conversion; and 95% of their vineyards are HVE.
Though named after a 12th Century Chapel at the heart of Bordeaux’s oldest vineyard, Tutiac is a thoroughly modern force in the region, championing the spirit of 'New Bordeaux' with a focus on Sauvignon Blanc and Merlot. Since 2014, they’ve operated an experimental vineyard dedicated to research. The aim: to enhance biodiversity and explore disease-resistant and indigenous grape varieties to reduce chemical inputs and adapt to the effects of climate change.
Tutiac works with 520 growers who collectively own 5,400ha of clay and limestone terroir. Their close relationship with these growers is key to their success and central to their ambition to become an industry-leading producer of Bordeaux wines.
