Torre del Gall is produced by leading Cava producer, Segura Viudas. Dating back to the 11th century, Segura Viudas is considered one of the leading producers of Cava in Spain.

Situated in the heart of the Penedes region, only an hour or so south west of Barcelona, the Torre del Gall estate covers just over 30 hectares of vineyards, and is overlooked by the impressive Monserrat mountain range.

With the winery noted for its high production standards, labour-intensive approach to winemaking and a meticulous selection of its vineyards and grapes. Segura Viudas create fantastic Spanish fizz with real character and elegance.
