Saint Etalon is made by Foncalieu, one of the most forward-looking, energetic and quality-focused cooperatives in France. Over 1,600 growers are members with over 7,500ha of vines spread right across the south of France. Bibendum's buying team work very closely alongside the winemakers to produce wines that are aimed squarely at the tastes of UK consumers and over-deliver for the price.
