Laura Catena, torchbearer for Argentina and fourth generation of the Catena family, has created the new range of Pasarisa wines, showcasing some of the exciting regions in Argentina. From Salta, in the north of the country, surrounded by mountains and with a high altitude, this range includes a Cabernet Sauvignon and Torrontes.
Moving towards Mendoza in the south is La Rioja, soaked in sunlight and mineral-rich soils, with cool mountainous nights, which produces the Pasarisa Syrah. From the southernmost tip of South America in Patagonia – where it’s dry, windy and cooler – the Pasarisa Merlot and Pinot Noir wines are produced.
