Graham's Port

The story of Graham's Port is one of two families, lasting over three centuries.

For almost two hundred years, W&J Graham's Port has been an independent family business, renowned across the world for producing some of the finest ports on the market. One of the first port companies to invest in its own vineyards, all the way back in 1890, Graham's solidified its position as a pioneer of the category early on, and remains at the cutting edge of innovation in winemaking to this day.

The house passed to the Symington family in 1970, and today is managed by five of the Symington cousins. Their famed 1970 port was produced to commemorate this change of ownership, and is thought by many to be one of the greatest wines of the century. Graham's remains one of the only British port companies to be independently owned by a single family; a fact that ensures every aspect in the making of its ports is controlled and cared for intimately.
