Located in the heart of the historical Prosecco region, Belstar's vineyards are planted across some of the most immaculate and sought-after hills in the area. Owned by the Bisol family, Belstar benefits from their cumulative winemaking experience and know-how, which spans back over the course of five centuries. The family are renowned in the area for crafting wines with uniquely balanced freshness, elegance, volume, and authenticity.
Extreme attention is given to the Belstar wines during maceration, pressing and slow fermentation. The results are Proseccos of extreme finesse, with a naturally floral bouquet and fruity flavours on the palate.
