The nose is floral with the freshness of limes the palate has breadth the bready richness of Pinot Noir. Sweet in the middle but it has the balancing freshness of Granny Smith apples the back palate has depth of flavour the finish grated orange peel. It has the freshness to make a good aperitif, a glass before dinner and excellent wine for celebrations but enough depth of flavour to be enjoyable with food
