To the eye, it presents a brilliant yellow color. On the nose, the bouquet is powerful and complex, offering the typical notes of Vin Jaune: walnut, hazelnut, almond, anis, curry and spices… On the palate, the attack is generous and powerful. There is a good freshness and an exceptional length with a beautiful aromatic complexity.
