Delicate as the most fragrant variety of rose. Bright, pale colour with silver hints. Blackcurrant buds nose mindled with rose. The wine is fresh, balanced, structured and intense, with a nice long finish. Great accompaniment to carpaccio, anchovies, beans salads or vegetable pies.
