Intense, brilliant red colour with purple highlights. Rich and complex bouquet, with notes of dried figs, dates and black cherry jam. It is harmonious and balanced with surprising freshness, sweet and supple tannins, with hints of candied fruit, honey and notes of chocolate. Served with chocolate, pastries and mature cheese.

Deep ink-red in color, it displays aromas of dried fruit, exotic spices, white pepper and dark chocolate, sandalwood and figs. The mouth feel is big and intense, yet round, rich, warm and extremely well-balanced. The finish is very long, persistent and full, with a hint of sweetness from the oak aging. It shows best when enjoyed on its own.
