The renowned oenologist, Carlo Ferrini, is the guiding hand at this venerable Montepulciano estate. The estate is owned by Simona Fabroni who runs it with the help of her daughters Anna and Margherita, and her two dogs, Maxi and Clotilde.

Production note

The grape must is fermented in vats with a 20-day-long maceration period at a temperature of around 30C. The wine is matured in French oak barrels for 2 years prior to bottling, and aged in bottle for 1 year before release.
