Producer: Villa Sant'Anna

The renowned oenologist, Carlo Ferrini, is the guiding hand at this venerable Montepulciano estate. The estate is owned by Simona Fabroni who runs it with the help of her daughters Anna and Margherita, and her two dogs, Maxi and Clotilde.

Production note

This wine is fermented in vats with a 15 day long maceration at a temperature of no more than 30°C before being matured in small and medium sized oak barrels for 8 months. After bottling it is kept in the bottle for 3 months before its release.
