Product guide note

This is a light, fresh white wine from the Basque region and is made from the local grape variety called Hondarrabi Zuri. It is lightly sparkling and is often poured from a height to aerate the wine and increases the amount of bubbles in the glass. It is aromatic and zesty, with flavours of green apples and citrus fruits.
