Producer: Bodegas Tomas Cusine

In Spain’s Costers del Segre, Tomas Cusine has worked for years with his family’s iconic estate Castell del Remei, an estate very much responsible for driving international interest in Catalan wines over the last 20 years. However, Tomas left the family business in 2002, setting up his very own winery where he crafts incredibly fresh wines by using a variety of grape varieties and mixing up early picked fruit with riper, fruitier berries harvested later in the year.

Production note

The grapes are hand-harvested and cooled before careful selection. The fermentation takes place at a temperature of 22-24°C. The wine is then aged for 9 months in French oak barrels.
