Production note

Varied soil types throughout the valleys ranging from red to brown grey over basement rock of predominantly either limestone, slate or shale. The wine has 7 days in a stainless steel potter fermenter with regular pump-overs and gentle pressing. Stored in 2-3 year old American oak hogsheads for 24 months.
