Production note

Grapes were harvested at sugar levels of 23.5 – 25B, after which the grapes were cold soaked at 10 degrees for 5 days and fermented on the skins for 7 – 10 days, allowing the temperature in the tank to peak at 30 degrees. The wine was then transferred to French oak, a combination of new and older barrels.
