St Hallett Garden Of Eden Shiraz 2010

Product code: 14STH11B2010

This wine has prominent flavours of raspberry, menthol and black pepper. The tannins are soft and supple, but firm enough to give the wine great length on the palate. This is a super smooth wine.

Production note

Each vineyard destined for Garden of Eden was vinified separately and had skin contact for between 8 and 10 days. The pump over regime was tailored to the individual vineyard parcel. Post-pressing, the wine spent 24 hours in stainless steel before going to barrel for malolactic fermentation. French oak was used for each parcel to promote harmony and balance during maturation over a 15 month period. All barrels were individually assessed at final blending to ensure absolute quality.
