The unusual name 'Spy Valley' is derived from the presence of a huge satellite communications monitoring station across the road from the vineyard. The grape variety is Syrah which is also known as Shiraz. It has a smooth texture and flavours of sweet red berries, liquorice, black pepper and mocha.
