Sijnn White 2010

Product code: 13SIJ2B2010

Rich, waxy, mineral nose with the Viognier shining through in a surprisingly elegant, almost racy way. More restrained than the previous 2009 vintage, despite the higher percentage Viognier. Palate also shows balance between waxy richness and racy minerality -driven more by terroir than high acidity.

Product guide note

Renowned producer David De Trafford is behind this interesting wine from a new area of vineyards to the east of Cape Town, only 15km from the ocean. This wine is a blend of Viognier and Chenin Blanc grapes. It is very crisp, with a medium body, and flavours of peaches, apples and some citrus fruit.
