From the southernmost part of Champagne in the small village of Avirey-Lingey, Serge Mathieu is one of the region’s leading small growers and a great addition to the Bibendum portfolio. The Mathieu family has lived in Avirey-Lingey since the 18th century, with eleven hectares now sustainably farmed by Serge’s daughter Isabelle.
