    Product guide note

    This wine has been produced in Auxerrois in the northern part of Burgundy since 1972. It’s made using the traditional method and aged in a historical underground quarry. The temperature is a constant 12 degrees making it a perfect location for the wine to undergo it’s 12 month secondary fermentation in the bottle.
