Production note

Grapes are picked early in the morning by hand. Skin contact took place for 4 hours and then the juice is cold settled overnight. Wine is fermented in new, second and third fill French oak barrels. The wine is then aged for 6 months in the barrels until the right fruit oak balance is achieved.
