Product guide note

Manzanilla is the lightest, driest and most delicate form of Sherry, coming from a Spanish coastal town called Sanlucar de Barameda. This one fresh with yeasty, nutty flavours and a very long after taste. It should be served slightly chilled.

Manzanilla is Fino’s coastal cousin, produced not in Jerez but in Sanlucar de Barrameda, 20km away by the sea. One of the best loved examples in Spain is Manzanilla Barbiana, famed for its lightness, elegance and sheer drinkability when matched with local seafood.

Wine biologically aged under "Velo de flor", 100% Palomino variety, aged for approximately 5-6 years through the process of "Soleras and Criaderas" in American oak butts. Its alcohol content is 15%
