Handcrafted by winemakers Claire and Michael Allan, with daughters Tui and Sophie keenly involved, Huia is all about passion for the wine and the environment. Their wines are certified organic and they employ biodynamic practices, opting for minimal intervention throughout fermentation, using mainly wild yeast ferments.

Awarded ‘Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc Winery of the Year 2017’ by the New York International Wine Competition, Huia have also become synonymous with quality aromatic whites, Pinot Noir and sparkling wine from the Wairau Valley in Marlborough.
