Production note

This South-East facing slope is made of granite and schist. This brings density and texture to this medium bodied red Saint-Joseph. The grapes are de-stemmed, crushed and control alcoholic fermentation temperatures, maceration of 3-4 weeks. It's then aged for 12 months in oak vats.
