Since the early 19th century Paul Jaboulet Aine has been synonymous with quality wine in the Rhone. In 1834, Antoine Jaboulet (1807-1864) started working the land in this region, creating a lasting link between the Jaboulet name and the Rhone over the generations.

Production note

The estate is located on decomposed granite called “gore”. The grapes are de-stemmed, crushed and controlled alcoholic fermentation temperatures. Vatting for over 3 to 4 weeks, the wines are aged for 12 months in oak barrels, 20% of which is new French oak.
