Product guide note

This wine is made from the Shiraz grape variety. Shiraz offers very concentrated aromas and flavours of blueberries and warm spice. This full-bodied Shiraz is a particularly complex example of its kind: lots of fruit flavours intermingle with different spices. A very tasty wine.

Production note

Grapes are harvested and placed into open-top vats. The grapes are macerated and the must then ferments in contact with the grape skins in order to extract maximum flavour and colour. Wine is transferred to French oak barriques for full malolactic fermentation.
