Originally established in the 1870s, Mount Langi is nestled in the Grampians at the southern end of the Great Dividing Range in Victoria and is one of Australia's most distinguished wine producers. Rated 5 stars by James Halliday, he describes them as “A maker of outstanding cool climate peppery Shiraz, crammed with flavour and vinosity.”

Production note

The grapes are put into open vats for a short cold soak before maceration and alcoholic fermentation. Full malolactic fermentation occurs both in tanks and French oak barrels.
