Production information

Producer: Domaine Agnes Dewe

The estate at Domaine Agnes Dewe covers a relatively small area in Burgundy, mostly over Mercurey. Where possible they follow vegetarian and vegan practices in their winemaking and are working towards becoming certified organic.

Production note

The grapes are de-stemmed and then fermented under strictly-controlled temperatures over 8 to 12 days. The wines are initially fermented in vats and then racked into barrels for a period varying roughly between 9 months and a year. Wine is bottled after 18 months' maturation.
