Production information

Producer: La Serre

La Serre is one of Bibendum's oldest brands, with a history stretching back two decades to when it was one of the pioneers of varietal wines and labels from the South of France in the UK market. The labels may have changed a bit in that time but the idea behind the wine hasn't. The wines still represent brilliant value for money and focus on clean, bright fruit flavours that are easy to appreciate and enjoy.

Production note

Machine harvested at night, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented for 3 weeks at 14°C with selected yeast strains. Vinified by in neutral vessels without oxygen exposure to retain pure fruit flavours, the wine is then aged on its lees before bottling.
