Production information

Producer: Jubilum

Bibendum work very closely with the team at Jubilum to produce clean, modern - but typically Sicilian wines. With a mix of both native and international varieties, a state-of-the-art winery with stainless steel at every turn, analysis labs and screwcap bottling lines - you name it, they've got it. The soil is a mixture of lava that came from various eruptions of the past centuries, with the vineyards situated at about 600m above sea level it’s the perfect home for both the Pinot Nero and Syrah.
