Product guide note

This wine is made from a grape variety called Viognier. The grapes are grown in the south of France in a position near to the ocean which helps to cool the temperature. It has peachy aromas with spicy notes and a ripe palate with hints of oak.

Production note

Regular tasting prior to the harvest ensures that the grapes are picked at the peak of their ripeness. The grapes are sorted as soon as they are brought into the cellar and then gently crushed in a pneumatic press so as to obtain the finest juice. After cold settling, the alcoholic fermentation is started in temperature controlled stainless steel vats where the wine is subsequently aged to maintain the fruity character of the grape variety. After blending, the wine benefits from light fining.
