Production note

The grapes are picked by hand once they are perfectly ripe. The harvest is destemmed and transferred into vats for traditional maceration lasting between 10 and 15 days. Regular pumping over helps to bring out all the typical aromas of the Merlot grape, of soft red fruit and spices, and especially its elegance, its powerfulness and its softness. After the malolactic fermentation, part of the wine is aged in oak barrels for roughly 8 months. The wine benefits from light fining as required before
