Production note

The grapes are transported to the winery in plastic crates to protect the juice from oxidisation. De-stemming and soft pressing occurs once the grapes get to the winery. Fermentation happens in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperatures (17-19°C). The wine ages on the fine lees for 60 days before bottling.
