You won’t find chemical weed killers or fertilisers on any vineyards owned by Domaine Vrignaud.  Set in the idyllic Fontenay-pres-Chablis, the domaine has vines up to 55 years old in some parts. The famous soil of Chablis, Kimmeridgian clay, is protected from erosion by ray grass, meaning the health of the vineyards is maintained naturally.
